我有收到「LINE錢包」發送的取消付款通知，為什麼發卡銀行說沒有取消紀錄？信用卡額度/帳戶的錢什麼時候會歸還？
當您收到「LINE錢包」發送的取消付款通知，代表合作商店已操作取消交易。但是取消交易不是只有合作商店執行取消交易就可以了，後續還需經過收單銀行及發卡銀行處理，因此發卡銀行無法即時看到取消紀錄，信用卡額度及簽帳金融卡帳戶餘額也無法即時歸還，一般約7至10個工作日(實際時程依發卡銀行處理為準)，請耐心等候。此為信用卡交易退款所需流程，非LINE Pay及合作商店的問題，不會因為急用、使用付款的卡片有高額回饋等而有特例。另請了解，當使用提款卡的簽帳功能(簽帳金融卡)時，其交易、請款、退款流程與一般信用卡無異，不會因為該張卡片具有提款功能而立即歸還帳戶餘額。此外，部份合作商店(例如：PChome、神腦官網、四大超商等)可能採取取消交易的方式為不請款並直接作廢交易，取消紀錄將不會顯示在您的交易明細內，請等待收到帳單或對帳單後再核對是否不用繳款即可。※提醒您：1. 若取消的交易紀錄因結帳日無法在當期帳單抵銷，是否仍需繳費以發卡銀行規定為準。2. 由於LINE Pay為自動請款機制，即使有另外向發卡銀行要求優先恢復該筆交易額度或解除圈存，正向交易仍會先出現在帳單，後續才會有負向紀錄，若因此與發卡銀行間有帳務的問題(繳費、餘額不足扣款等)，必須自行向發卡銀行詢問及協調。3. 消費前請務必考量自身需求及信用卡額度/簽帳金融卡帳戶餘額，避免因申請退款無法即時釋出額度/歸還帳戶餘額，導致該筆額度/帳戶餘額無法移至其他用途，也避免過度擴張自己的待繳/待扣款金額。

我有使用LINE POINTS點數折抵消費，取消交易後點數會還我嗎？
◼︎全部消費金額使用LINE POINTS點數折抵在商店執行退款時，您會收到「LINE錢包」發送的取消付款通知，點數將依照退款的金額即時退還給您。◼︎部份消費金額使用LINE POINTS點數折抵在商店執行退款時，您會收到「LINE錢包」發送的取消付款通知，依照退款的金額將先退還以LINE Pay綁定的信用卡/簽帳金融卡或一卡通MONEY帳戶支付的金額，再退還LINE POINTS點數。範例：消費金額為1,000元，其中透過LINE Pay使用綁定的信用卡支付800元+使用LINE POINTS點數200點折抵，如後續申請退款850元，將會先退還信用卡支付金額800元，再退還50點；如後續申請退款600元，則僅會退還信用卡支付金額600元，不會退還點數。

當7-ELEVEN門市人員同意您取消交易並在收銀機操作時，您會先收到「LINE錢包」發送的提醒通知：已收到NT$__退款申請，將於兩個工作日內退款。退款完成時將會再次透過「LINE錢包」訊息通知您。退款成功與否以商店收銀機台資訊為準，如兩個工作日後仍未收到退款完成通知，請透過下方連結與客服中心聯繫。兩個工作日內，您會收到「LINE錢包」發送取消付款通知，才算是退款完成。 提醒您，如門市人員在收銀機操作取消後，您未收到提醒通知，將可能導致後續退款不成功，遇此狀況時，煩請您返回門市，由門市人員協助再次操作取消。
